About Us

Benton Title and Abstract Services, and its predecessor title agencies, have been serving the Benton County and surrounding area since prior to the 1880’s. Some of these include Benton County Abstract and Title, Freeland and Rayle, Ray W. Jones, Robert A. Swan, Gail DuCharme, Ruth F. Rayle, Charles M. Snyder, and Straight, Wiley & Carter.

Today, Benton Title and Abstract Services is a division of The Conrad Companies LLC-S and is owned by Kyle D. Conrad, who assists with title exam duties and closings. Gisele Dewing is the office manager and closing agent, and Trina Schutter serves as the title searcher, as she has done for over 25 years. Elisha Heim assists us in the office on a part time basis.
